My Educational Qualifications are :

Graduate Diploma in Taxation - University of Central Queensland, Rockhampton. 1990
Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Accounting) from the Darling Downs Institute of Advanced Education - now known as the University of Southern Queensland. Toowoomba. 1981.
Registered Tax Agent. 1982.
Secondary School Education completed in 1978 from the Southport School at the Gold Coast, Queensland.

PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

15 years experience as a sole practitioner in Hervey Bay, covering all aspects of taxation, accounting and auditing clubs, for small businesses and individuals.
4 years experience in Bundaberg as a taxation manager/senior, addressing taxation and accounting and audit requirements for small businesses and individuals.
3 years experience in Brisbane working for a Big 6 accounting firm, covering mainly external auditing of small to large businesses.

I am married with three children. My wife is Naomi, son Chris (15) and daughters, Amy(13) and Emma (11). Naomi helps out in the accounting practice. The kids keep her running as most Mum's will appreciate. For pictures of my family, click here

I have an interest in computers - both hardware and software. I maintain and installed the office computer system - A small Novell Network. My interests include Web design. I am totally self-taught in computers and have learnt a lot from producing this site.

When I am not working and building web pages, I enjoy fishing, boating, gardening and golf.
